Mawj eSIM and your Organization

Mawj eSIM is by Bunat Al-Aamal Company. Mawj eSIM supplies business Organizations through its API and account portal. Your Organization manages its users, Applications and shared USD wallet, and remains responsible for its downstream products and users.

Access is reviewed with your agreed pricing and purchasing setting. Account approval does not provide credit. Keep business information current, grant only needed access, and protect passwords, API credentials and installation details. Follow the documented API, idempotency and retry rules; an uncertain response does not mean a purchase failed.

Prices, funding and service

Review the Offer's coverage, allowance, validity, eligibility and device requirements before purchasing. Future prices and availability may change. The Organization Price accepted for an Order or Top-up is fixed for that transaction.

Offline deposits are recorded after funds are confirmed externally. Approved credit is spending capacity, not a cash deposit. Accepted purchases reserve available funds; confirmed fulfillment settles the accepted price once, and confirmed failure releases its reservation. An uncertain transaction can retain its hold during reconciliation. A pause or timeout is not a refund.

Fulfillment may take time. Follow transaction status in your account, API or authenticated webhooks. Deliver protected installation information securely and check device compatibility. Coverage and performance depend on the selected service, device and network conditions. Status and Usage can be delayed or incomplete; review their timestamps. Top-ups require eligibility for the existing eSIM.

Account support and refunds

Use account support for service questions and Refund requests for a specific Service Assignment. Support operates Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 UAE time (UTC+4). Do not send passwords, API keys or activation credentials. Use public contact for access problems.

Refund requests are reviewed against the service and available evidence; a request does not guarantee approval. An approved refund is a separate wallet credit and does not remove the original debit or itself constitute a bank payout. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Responsibilities and agreement

Use the service lawfully, respect access boundaries and provide only necessary information you are entitled to share. See the Privacy Policy. Purchasing may be paused for security, misuse, legal requirements or an identified operational condition; accepted transactions still require reconciliation. Account closure must address outstanding transactions and obligations.

These terms apply as agreed with your Organization, alongside its commercial arrangements and applicable law. Website visits and access requests alone do not accept a contract. Material changes will be communicated through the agreed business contact process and will not rewrite accepted transaction prices. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
